🔧 Troubleshooting & Common Issues
1. No Sound / Stream Not Playing
Try the following steps:
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended)
- Restart your Roku device
- Close and reopen the Click FM Lebanon app
- Ensure your Roku device is updated (Settings → System → System update)
- If available, try another network to rule out ISP blocks
If the problem continues, please email us with your Roku model.
2. App Freezes or Closes
This may occur on older Roku devices.
Try:
- Go to Settings → System → Power → System restart
- Remove the app → restart Roku → reinstall the app
- Ensure your Roku’s software is up to date
If this persists, contact us.
3. Audio Cuts Out or Buffers
This is typically a network issue.
Try:
- Switching from Wi-Fi to wired ethernet (if supported)
- Restart your router
- Move closer to the Wi-Fi source
- Reduce network congestion (other streaming devices or downloads)
Our stream is optimized for stable playback on all Roku devices.
4. “Channel Not Available in Your Region”
Click FM Lebanon is available in multiple regions.
If you see this message:
- Check that your Roku account region is set correctly
- Ensure your Roku device is activated in the same region
- Try signing out and back into your Roku account
- If needed, we can whitelist additional regions.
